7 Day Skin Reset Challenge

Skin feeling dull, congested, or just "off"? A one-week reset can bring it back to life. This 7 day plan strips back your routine to essentials, adds strategic treatments, and reboots your glow. Perfect before a big event or when your skin needs a fresh start.

Day 1-2: Strip Back

Reduce your routine to just cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen. Give your skin a break from actives. This lets your barrier reset and reduces any underlying irritation you might not even notice.

Tip If your skin feels tight or stings with basic products, your barrier was compromised.

Day 3-4: Gentle Exfoliation + Hydration

Introduce a gentle chemical exfoliant (PHA is best for sensitive skin) and layer a hydrating toner 3-5 times. This removes dead skin cells and floods fresh cells with hydration.

Tip Sheet mask on Day 3 for an extra hydration boost, it makes a visible difference.

Day 5-6: Repair & Nourish

Add a ceramide moisturiser or sleeping mask. Your skin has shed dead cells and is now primed to absorb repairing ingredients. Focus on barrier support.

Tip Sleep with a humidifier on Day 5 and 6, ambient moisture amplifies your skincare.

Day 7: The Glow Day

By now you should see brighter, smoother, more hydrated skin. Do a gentle mask, seal with your favourite moisturiser, and take a progress photo. You've officially reset.

Tip From here, slowly reintroduce actives one at a time, never all at once.
